The culmination of experiences I have enjoyed since joining Toastmasters have guided me in understanding that serving as Program Quality Director is more than a mission to grow new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence. It is to inspire members to lead the change they wish to see in the world through the community of Toastmasters. My focus is helping members connect THEIR purpose with the Pathways educational program, resulting in the member, their club, and the district thriving.

2021 Founded weekly Director Status Meeting to provide continuing education for district leaders and facilitate opportunities for coordinating district events.
2020-2021 Founding member of Nerdmasters Club, focused on helping clubs move to online meetings and supporting district training, contests, and conferences.
2020 Founded Coach’s Corner: hosted once a month for Clubs, Coaches, Mentors to share challenges and ideas to assist clubs in achieving distinguished status.
2018 Assisted in creation of Member Development Days to provide networking opportunities, speech and leadership workshops to replace discontinued Fall District Conference.
Marketing Innovation
2024-2025 Designed “Why Toastmasters?” video campaign based on market segment insights from 2023 Global Marketing Campaign.
2022 Worked with district leaders to redesign of District 32 website based on members comments and needs for easier access to Toastmaster International resources, and highlight upcoming district events.
2022 Hosted training sessions on “Marketing Your Club with Eventbrite.“
Program Innovation
2024 Restructured Coach’s Corner into TEAM LEADS: hosted twice a month focusing Marketing, Membership Development, and the Distinguished Club Program.
Led discussions on how clubs can turn Pathway projects into workshops to acquire, engage and retain members.
2018 Developed a Toastmasters Journey Mapping Club Officer Training workshop using adult education techniques to help club officers visualize their impact on the new member experience.
Conducted workshops using the Club Success Program, Leadership Excellence Series, Speaker to Trainer, Speechcraft and Youth Leadership programs.
